Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in production
• 3+ years manufacturing environments
• Leadership to command and maintain attention
• Effective communication to convey instructions and details
• OSHA and regulatory knowledge; incident and accident prevention
• Attention to detail in duties, rules, and documentation
• Confidentiality and protection of data and employee privacy
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Manufacturing environment experience

Responsibilities

• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve results
• Monitors performance with Team Leads and identifies improvements
• Provides regular progress reports to manager
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations; resolve issues with HRBP
• Perform food safety and employee accident investigations; implement corrective action
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps and equipment
• Lead 5S walks twice daily and ensure SOP compliance
• Oversee shift change to avoid productivity interruptions
• Lead Tier 1 safety and quality information briefings at start of shift
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping; coordinate with maintenance for repairs
