Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Production Specialist in Minnesota for a hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment. This position blends production support with structured training designed to prepare candidates for advancement into a technician role.

You will work closely with senior technicians, participate in training programs on tool usage, blueprint reading, and quality control, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of tools, parts, and technical drawings or blueprints.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Competence in both digital and manual record-keeping.
• Demonstrated interest in technical learning and long-term career advancement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for production, including basic assembly, quality control, part cleaning, and maintenance.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as pulling, restocking, and accurately labeling components.
• Support shop operations with organization, documentation, and packaging activities.
• Work alongside senior technicians to learn advanced technical processes.
• Participate in training programs focused on tool usage, blueprint reading, technical troubleshooting, high purity testing, and quality control procedures.
• Gradually assume additional responsibilities as skills and competencies are developed.
• Accurately document job information using both digital systems and paper documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
