DRSA is seeking a dependable, motivated Production & Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on role requires someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality, and can handle varied responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities include assembling marine lighting products, basic electrical work, inspecting quality, packing orders, processing shipments, handling inventory, and assisting showroom customers.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers for shipping software and inventory management.
• Willing to learn and take on multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble marine lighting products and components.
• Perform small electrical wiring, soldering, and basic assembly.
• Inspect products for quality before packaging.
• Package orders accurately for shipment.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using carriers.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock organization.
• Keep warehouse, production area, and showroom clean and safe.
• Answer calls professionally and direct to appropriate person.
• Assist showroom customers with product questions and basic sales.
• Help load and unload deliveries.
• Assist with general shop duties and special projects.
• Work efficiently while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
