Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university or college.
• AG Business majors or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced production manager to ensure high-quality fruit production.
• Assist with management of packers, graders, machine operators, and forklift drivers.
• Assist with enforcing company policies.
• Support safety programs and food safety initiatives.
• Oversee machinery with guidance to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate with leadership to present ideas and streamline processes.
• Provide day-to-day reporting to upper management and sales to ensure smooth operation.
