AG Business majors or related degree.
Responsibilities
Partner with an experienced production manager to ensure high-quality fruit production.
Assist with management of packers, graders, machine operators, and forklift drivers.
Assist the production manager on ensuring company’s policies are being followed.
Assist management with enforcing food safety & general safety programs.
Oversee machinery and equipment with the production manager to ensure efficiency.
Communicate with leadership to present new ideas and streamline processes.
Provide day-to-day reporting to upper management and sales team to ensure the facility runs efficiently.
Identify and resolve problems timely and provide training to the production team.
