Job summary

TASUS in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to develop Quality Manufacturing Associates and direct day-to-day production tasks. You will provide hands-on leadership to the staff while maintaining a professional attitude and meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, safety policies, managing performance and attendance, completing shift documents, and coordinating with other departments on TPS initiatives. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct supervisor role.
• Hands-on leadership ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a team environment and maintain positive attitudes.
• Ability to work safely and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assigned tasks completely and efficiently. Comply with TASUS Quality Management System and department policies.
• Understand and ensure team is following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Handle performance, disciplinary and attendance issues as outlined in handbook.
• Complete shift documents and reports.
• Effectively communicate with other departments and elevate issues within their department.
• Assist production staff with TPS meetings and projects.
