Job summary

BUTTING USA Inc. is expanding its Alabama site and seeks a Production Foreman to lead a shift safely and efficiently on the shop floor. You will supervise the crew, coordinate materials, equipment, and priorities, and ensure alignment with drawings and schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong fabrication and welding knowledge, and the ability to foster safe, high-quality production flow while delivering reliable results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in industrial manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading teams in production.
• Ability to read spool, isometric, and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and assign work.
• Manage flow across preparation, cutting, welding, inspection, and completion.
• Maintain presence on the floor and monitor workflow and staffing.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
