MacKenzie-Childs, LLC in Town of Aurora, NY is seeking entry-level Production Associates to join our hands-on production team. This role supports ceramics, furniture, and specialty operations with on-the-job training and a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu).

You will assist with forming, molding, assembling, finishing, and preparing products across production areas, use basic hand tools and equipment, and help with setup, quality checks and data entry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming, molding, assembling, finishing, or preparing products across various production areas.
• Use hand tools and equipment to shape, refine, or prepare materials.
• Support production setup and breakdown activities.
• Monitor product quality and ensure consistency to company standards.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Accurately record production and/or labor tracking data as required.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
