Job summary

Repsol is seeking a summer intern to join the Production Allocation Engineering Team in The Woodlands, TX. You will support daily allocation, data reconciliation, and reporting for oil, gas, and water production across the asset.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full production lifecycle and collaboration with engineers, field operations, and accounting. Interns gain mentorship, undergo technical and software training, and participate in live projects with a focus on production

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Familiarity with production systems, SCADA, or engineering software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of oil & gas production operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily and monthly production allocation for oil, gas, and water.
• Support close activities and reconcile discrepancies in data.
• Help build or improve dashboards for production trends and allocation accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to verify data and reporting.
