Job summary

Pyramid Semiconductor, part of the HEICO group, is seeking a hands-on Process & Quality Engineer to strengthen and continuously improve die attach and wire bonding processes in our Sunnyvale, CA facility. You will work across engineering, operations, and quality to sustain legacy devices, develop robust process parameters, and support ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on process engineering in microelectronics manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
• Ability to perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve die attach, wire bonding, and related assembly processes.
• Develop, qualify, document, and maintain process parameters, work instructions, travelers, and inspection criteria.
• Design fixtures and tooling to improve manufacturability, repeatability, quality, and operator safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, process, and workmanship issues and implement corrective actions.
