Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians, learn to use AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and contribute to real projects that drive efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled student in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in industrial engineering technologies and hands-on evaluation of processes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train through the department to learn hands-on skills related to industrial/engineering technologies.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost-saving opportunities by identifying process, quality and safety related improvements.
• Work closely with other CMC team members on process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Present a report on an improvement project at the end of internship.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems using knowledge and collaboration.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
