A manufacturing company in Milwaukee is seeking a Machine Shop Process Engineer to enhance machining processes and manage Tool Room operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years of machining application experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on machining processes.
• Enhance machining capabilities and support accurate routing information.
• Drive process improvements for new and complex machining operations.
• Identify and implement new tooling and fixturing solutions.
• Oversee the Tool Room/Tool Crib operations, including ordering and maintenance.
• Assist with capital equipment planning and execution.
