Job summary

Blue Polymers is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for ensuring consistent production of high-quality polymers. This role emphasizes the execution of Process Control Plans, SOCs, and standardized practices while driving safety, quality, yield improvements, and equipment reliability.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Commercial teams to analyze data, investigate root causes, and troubleshoot processes and equipment to improve performance and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Hands-on manufacturing and operator support experience.
• Experience with process control plans and SOCs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote best process, equipment, and operational practices across production lines.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, uptime, and yield.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, process capability, and OEE.
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor and train operators on processes and SOCs.
