Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Precision Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our Connecticut manufacturing team. You will assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, following defined instructions and established procedures, and ensure units meet product specifications.

You will use hand and power tools to build units, test and calibrate mechanisms to verify tolerance, and identify nonconforming parts for repairs. Expect close supervision and clear work instructions on a structured floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; apprenticeship or formal training may be required.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in assembly.
• Proficiency with shop tools and basic machine building/assembling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations following defined instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to build units to product specifications.
• Test and calibrate mechanisms to meet tolerance requirements.
• Identify nonconforming units and perform repairs as needed.
• Report to a supervisor and document results.
