Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in a technical field (Applied Process Technology, Engineering and Electronics Technology or related).
• Minimum 2.50 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities to maintain, repair, inspect, install, rebuild, construct, and troubleshoot various plant equipment.
• Assist in startup and shutdown of plant equipment including monitoring and operating plant and responding to events and emergencies.
• Assist in operating controls and devices for proper plant operation; coordinate unit operation with Generation Dispatch and Transmission Operations as required.
• Assist employees in carrying out work assignments.
• Learn to read simple drawings and sketches.
