No supervisory responsibilities are included; high school diploma is preferred but not required, and candidates must be able to stand for long periods in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Follow safety and food-handling protocols accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Sort, cut, debone, trim, and package chicken products.
• Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work area.
• Operate equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Inspect products for quality and remove items that don’t meet standards.
• Monitor machinery and report issues promptly.
• Label and package products per company specifications.
• Follow USDA and HACCP guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Participate in training to stay current with industry practices.
• Support the team to meet daily production goals.
