Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior construction/trades experience is a plus – but not required.
• On-the-job training provided with comprehensive mentorship.
• Weather pay and travel pay where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• Learn and develop carpentry, framing and construction skills through mentorship.
