Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking an Operations (Non-DOT) team member for the Hampton, NE corn cleaning plant. This role offers hands-on work with variety across grain receiving, cleaning, color-sorting, packaging, and shipping, learning multiple parts of the operation.

You will operate equipment, monitor product flow, maintain safety and quality, and assist with maintenance and records. No CDL is required and there are opportunities for additional hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to use computer systems for weights, inventory, quality checks, and documentation.
• Strong safety mindset with attention to sanitation and accuracy in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route grain from trucks through plant systems.
• Operate and monitor corn-cleaning, conveying, color-sorting, weighing, and packaging equipment.
• Monitor product flow and ensure food-grade corn segregation, lot identification, and traceability.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain records for production, inventory, quality, and shipping.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
