Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean principles, cost control, and continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in management (or 10+ years in feed mill/production), strong people leadership, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

3+ years in management or 10+ years of feed mill/production experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Lead daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and customer goals.
Plan and coordinate with shift supervisors to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
Optimize operations to increase capacity, flexibility, and quality while controlling costs.
Monitor plant performance and take proactive corrective actions.
Develop and manage production plans and budgets.
