Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research using major databases.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable client outcomes.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to deadlines and documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlements, and correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in settlements, mediations, and court proceedings when needed.
• Collaborate with experts to build strong cases.
• Maintain detailed case files and track deadlines.
