JOB DESCRIPTION:
we are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair work
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property
• Respond to maintenance requests in timely manner
• Follow Company safety policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
