Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. The position emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently in indoor/outdoor conditions across buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment/property maintenance, construction, or related trade.
• Comfortable completing work orders and assisting with unit turns.
• Able to walk the property and grounds regularly and operate snow removal as needed.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to lift and perform physical maintenance duties.

Responsabilités

• Complete general maintenance work orders
• Assist with unit turns and preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform general cleaning of buildings, common areas, and vacant units
• Perform grounds cleanup, including picking up trash and debris
• Trim bushes and perform basic landscaping
• Pull weeds and maintain landscaped areas
• Assist with seasonal property cleanup
• Perform snow and ice removal as needed
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and property projects
• Assist with on-call maintenance coverage when needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive apartment community

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of an apartment community. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in keeping a property clean and well maintained.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance work orders
• Assist with unit turns and preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform general cleaning of buildings, common areas, and vacant units
• Perform grounds cleanup, including picking up trash and debris
• Trim bushes and perform basic landscaping
• Pull weeds and maintain landscaped areas
• Assist with seasonal property cleanup
• Perform snow and ice removal as needed
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and property projects
• Assist with on-call maintenance coverage when needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive apartment community

Qualifications: Job Qualifications

• Must have your own basic hand and power tools
• Previous experience in apartment/property maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Experience performing minor electrical repairs
• Experience performing minor plumbing repairs
• General knowledge of basic building and apartment repairs
• Must be comfortable completing work orders and assisting with apartment unit turns
• Must be physically able to walk the property and grounds regularly
• Must be able to operate a snow blower and use a snow shovel for snow and ice removal
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation required
