Reporting directly to the North American General Manager, the Operations Manager will supervise Purchasing, Shop, Project, and Service teams responsible for core operational functions, project execution, and supply chain

Responsibilities

• Lead material sourcing, assembly, project execution, installation, and service operations.
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination and accountability.
• Develop scalable processes that improve execution without creating bureaucracy.
• Implement practical management routines, performance metrics, and operating reviews.
• Improve production planning, project handoffs, installation readiness, service response, inventory management, and warranty processes.
• Help develop future supervisors and managers.
• Reduce dependency on knowledge siloes through documentation, training, and process discipline.
