Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant operations supervision or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of workflows, production processes, safety practices, and inventory coordination.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and hold employees accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily operational activities across the facility.
• Direct and coordinate activities of employees to ensure safe, efficient, accurate work aligned with priorities.
• Manage workforce assignments and resources to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Work with managers and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Coordinate daily priorities, staffing needs, and cross-functional support.
• Ensure team members follow safety policies and operating procedures.
• Verify production, inventory, labor, and data are accurately recorded in the system.
• Ensure resources, tools, and materials are available to support operations.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and process execution against standards.
• Assist with problem resolution and corrective actions.
• Coordinate installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and facilities.
