Job summary

Quality Mobile Home Services is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Remodel Carpenter for Northern California. Based out of Pleasanton, CA, you will run remodel and repair work on manufactured homes across the region.

This hands-on role requires you to manage deck builds, framing, subfloor work, siding, flooring, foundations, and repipes. You’ll work in a two-person crew, often leading a helper or collaborating with a peer tradesman.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential remodel or repair construction
• Strong carpentry foundation with framing, squaring, leveling, and trim
• Comfortable across multiple trades (plumbing, drywall, finish work)
• Reads plans, takes measurements, manages day on site
• Ability to work in two‑man crew formats and supervise when needed

Responsibilities

• Deck builds and repairs
• Framing repair (wall, floor, roof)
• Subfloor replacement and reinforcement
• Siding and interior/exterior flooring
• Foundation, pier, leveling, repipes and plumbing repairs
• General remodel carpentry – trim, doors, windows, drywall
