Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge: ability to follow SOPs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and verify patient identity.
• Record vitals and review medical history per SOP.
• Prepare procedures, supply management, and specimen labeling.
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
