Job summary

The role requires a CMA credential, BLS, and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with ambulatory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ambulatory Medical Assistant experience or exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans patient care activities and coordinates with providers and staff.
• Performs patient intake, verifies identity, and records vital signs as SOP.
• Documents test results, patient communications, and visits in the EHR.
• Assists with office-based procedures and specimen labeling.
• Maintains inventory, sterilizes rooms, and ensures safety compliance.
