Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, hands-on and classroom instruction in mechatronics and industrial automation.
Teach theory, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
Instruct safe use of hand tools, power tools, testing equipment and PPE.
Demonstrate industry best practices related to safety, quality, productivity and preventive maintenance.
Develop students' workplace readiness skills such as teamwork, communication and problem solving.
Assess student performance through demonstrations, skills evaluations and coursework.
Maintain training facilities, equipment and materials in safe condition.
Mentor and support students with constructive feedback and guidance.
