Job summary

ASML US, LP. invites students in Mechatronics and related fields to join a hands-on co-op in Wilton, CT. You will design test systems and tooling for lithography mechatronics, collaborating with engineers across robotics, precision mechanics, and optics.

The role emphasizes reliability analysis, data-driven testing, and close teamwork in a dynamic environment. On-site presence for 6 to 9 months is required, with opportunities to work with advanced measurement equipment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Machine Controls with at least 2 years completed.
Prior use of LabVIEW preferred; CAD experience (Siemens NX) preferred.
Familiarity with measurement equipment (accelerometers, data acquisition, NI instruments, scopes, multimeters) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop test systems and tooling for lithography mechatronic parts and modules.
Work on sub-systems involving robotics, mechatronics, precision mechanics, and opto-mechanics.
Analyze specifications, reliability, and perform data analysis and testing; collaborate with system architects.
