Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical testing, validation, troubleshooting or failure analysis.
• Experience with component tear-down and inspection.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and test requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on lab work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and support mechanical testing and validation of components and systems.
• Perform tear-downs, inspection, and document findings.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and contributing factors.
• Troubleshoot test-related issues across mechanical components and systems.
• Develop and execute test procedures based on requirements.
• Analyze test data to evaluate performance and trends.
• Document results, observations, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and other teams.
• Improve testing methods, procedures, and processes.
• Investigate unexpected results and propose design improvements.
• Maintain accurate test records and reports; follow procedures.
