• Experience taking products from design into production.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR.

Aufgaben

• Develop new mechanical products and components from concept to production.
• Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
• Evaluate and improve existing products through redesign and analysis.
• Develop prototypes and support testing, qualification, and validation.
• Apply DFM principles to new and existing designs.
• Identify critical-to-function features and enable quality, reliability, manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, machinists, technicians, and engineers to produce designs.
• Support material, component, tooling, and process selection; manage ECOs.
