Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Mechanical, Instrument & Control Engineering Intern to support our U.S. headquarters in Jeannette, PA. The role offers hands-on experience in rotating equipment, with projects across fluid calculations, guidelines, and process improvements.

The internship runs for twelve weeks, Monday through Friday, and involves exposure to leadership meetings, job shadowing, and real-world engineering tasks in a global energy context.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate: Major in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) completing minimum of sophomore year of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with integrating fluid system calculation tools into core technical workflows to standardize engineering practices globally.
• Draft and update engineering guidelines, standard work instructions, and operational manuals to capture newly established technical standards.
• Evaluate ongoing operational insights and lessons learned to update, refine, and improve standard work processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams on global integration initiatives to enhance system modeling and analytical accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) - sophomore year or higher
