Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Engineering experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance technical engineering work with hands-on implementation.
• Experience with CAD software and mechanical design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead projects focused on efficiency, throughput, quality, and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues using engineering principles and root-cause analysis.
• Support the launch of new products and processes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment, automation, and capital improvement opportunities.
• Analyze production data and use it to drive operational improvements.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
