Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.

• Available up to 40 hours per week during summer internships.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing process improvement projects
• Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with equipment validation, testing, and process documentation
• Develop and update work instructions, standard operating procedures, and visual aids
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production teams
• Support automation and technology‑driven manufacturing projects

What You'll Do:
