Job summary

Innotec is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and improve our manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment. You’ll spend time on the production floor and in the office identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing solutions that boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

You’ll lead projects from concept through implementation, collaborate with operations, production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Engineering experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to balance technical work with hands-on implementation.
• Experience with CAD software and mechanical design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead projects focused on efficiency, throughput, quality, and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues using engineering principles and root‑cause analysis.
• Support the launch of new products and processes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment, automation, and capital improvement opportunities.
• Analyze production data and use it to drive operational improvements.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
