Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant Engineering degree program at an accredited university
• Sophomore or higher standing
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read assembly prints for assembly/disassembly
• Knowledge or interest in embedded systems programming or PCB design

Responsibilities

• Work directly with experienced engineers to design, test, document, and validate new components and products
• Build, document, and validate the electro‑mechanical performance of motors, gearmotors, blowers, drives, software, circuitry, and other products
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and provide formal report-outs on findings and recommendations
• Create and support the development of technical documentation
