Endeavour Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our on-site team.

You will be responsible for the physical assembly and wiring of power conversion systems, working closely with senior technicians and engineers to build prototypes and first-run production units. The role requires hands-on craftsmanship, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-changing environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive environment; graduates from vocational/technical programs welcome.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or Associate’s degree is a plus.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools and power tools; ability to handle delicate electronics with heavy components.
• Basic ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams; follow work instructions.
• Soldering and wire termination/crimping experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a workshop safely.
• Meticulous attention to detail to catch errors early in the production process.

Mansioni

• Assemble power electronics units, mounting heavy components and securing enclosures.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and crimping for low- and high-power circuits.
• Support NPI line setup and material prep to keep builds on schedule.
• Maintain clean, efficient workspace and prep components for specific builds.
• Follow SOPs and assembly drawings to ensure consistency and quality.
• Order, track, and manage inventory of components and equipment.
• Assist engineers during functional testing by connecting units to power supplies.
