Job summary

Cove Points Marine Construction seeks an experienced Marine Construction Foreman to lead field crews in day-to-day waterfront operations. This hands-on leader works side-by-side with the team to ensure projects run safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep knowledge of marine structures, and ability to read plans, coordinate resources, and maintain a safe site. Hours are 7AM–3:30PM, and the company offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marine construction with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of marine structures, docks, seawalls, pilings, and related construction methods.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise marine construction crews on a variety of waterfront projects.
• Work side‑by‑side with the crew while directing daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operation Manager.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
