Blueprint Search Group seeks a Marine Construction Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator to lead field crews and directly perform marine construction tasks. This hands-on foreman role requires operating excavators from barges and guiding odd-site operations in water, tides, currents, and changing conditions.
You will read plans, plan daily activities, supervise the crew, ensure safety, and coordinate with management. A strong marine/construction background and proven leadership are essential.
We are seeking an experiencedMarine Construction Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operatorto lead field crews while remaining actively involved in day-to-day marine construction operations.
This is ahands‑on foreman positionfor someone who is comfortable leading a crew and climbing into the equipment when needed. A major part of the role involvesoperating excavators from barges, so experience working around water, barges, tides, currents, and changing site conditions is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate comes from amarine construction, heavy civil, waterfront, pile driving, or similar construction backgroundand knows how to safely get work done in challenging field conditions.
$65,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Compensation will be based primarily on marine construction leadership experience, heavy equipment operating ability, and experience operating equipment from barges.
