Quality Enclosures, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician / Production Associate at our Port Orange, FL facility.

This full-time, first-shift role involves building high-quality shower doors and related components, reading work orders, cutting aluminum extrusions, and assembling hardware with chop saws and drill presses. Training is provided for the right candidate who enjoys hands-on work and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on environments.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn new tools and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble shower doors and related components.
• Cut aluminum extrusions to precise measurements and angles.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Assemble hardware kits and fabricated components accurately.
• Use hand tools and fabrication equipment, including chop saws and drill presses.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Track material usage and assist with inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Operate equipment safely and report equipment concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
• Support other production duties as needed.
