Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Basic engineering principles and problem-solving knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing performance metrics
• Create and update technical documentation, standard work instructions, and drawings
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues with engineering and maintenance teams
• Assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity evaluations
• Support capital projects, including equipment installation, layout planning, and commissioning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality
• Observe and document current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and engineering documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team meetings
