Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a state‑of‑the‑art production facility that makes architectural wood doors in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and emphasizes flexibility and teamwork.

You will work closely with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to solve manufacturing problems, drive process improvements, and ensure new methods are implemented and sustained on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing problem solving on the shop floor.
• Strong process-improvement skills to meet KPIs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and sustain improvements.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for solving hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance.
• Develop practical solutions and implement sustained improvements.
• Maintain presence on the manufacturing floor coordinating with operators and leadership.
• Coordinate efforts to plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes.
