Job summary

ZRG Partners, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance professional to keep our Lancaster, OH manufacturing operations running smoothly. You will inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, support facility systems, and work with production teams to reduce downtime.

A strong focus on safety, record-keeping, and preventative maintenance is essential. The role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing maintenance, basic welding/cutting skills, and a forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with maintenance tools, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to keep production running.
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing worn components.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Support facility systems and building structures as needed.
• Maintain parts records and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Work with external contractors and maintain vendor relationships.
