Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring/testing equipment.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Diagnose equipment failures and respond to breakdowns quickly.
• Install and replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, relays, and switches.
• Test and adjust control systems to verify proper operation.
• Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and spare-parts inventory.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, painting, storage racks.
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
