Press-Seal-Corporatio is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to oversee day‑to‑day technology across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead a small IT team, handle hands‑on issues, manage ERP (Made2Manage), and drive security, infrastructure, and business applications.

The role blends leadership with practical systems work, including M365/Azure admin, AD, networking, and lifecycle management. On‑site, with potential after‑hours support in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• 2+ years supervising or leading IT staff.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID administration.
• Solid working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server.
• Demonstrated networking experience (switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).
• Experience managing hardware/software lifecycle and IT asset management.
• Experience with ERP systems required; Made2Manage experience strongly preferred.
• Proven vendor and contract negotiation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to be hands‑on with day‑to‑day technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with production, operations, and executive teams.
• Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., Microsoft, Network+, Security+, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Lead and personally execute day‑to‑day technology across multiple sites in a manufacturing setting.
• Manage IT team, vendor relationships, and long‑term IT planning.
• Oversee M365/Azure administration and enterprise identity management.
• Maintain and support Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server.
• Administer network infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Own the technology lifecycle including budgeting, procurement, deployment, and end‑of‑life planning.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for Made2Manage ERP, including upgrades and integrations.
• Negotiate and manage IT vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Ensure cybersecurity practices and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Provide end‑user training and cross‑functional technology support.
