• Pursuing a 4-year engineering degree (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical)
• Sophomore, junior, or senior standing during the internship
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Work alongside manufacturing engineers and production teams on real projects
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes, equipment, and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
• Collect and analyze production data
• Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Help implement engineering solutions and see projects through to completion
