Job summary

Emerson is offering an internship program in the United States where you will gain hands-on exposure to production engineering and process improvement. You will work full-time in person, applying technical knowledge to reduce costs and improve quality across manufacturing lines.

You will participate in design reviews, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing skills through structured mentorship and on-site resources.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering.
• Zero years of related experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise in the production of products.
• Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
• Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs.
• Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
• Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
• Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers.
• Participate in the administration of technical procedures.
