Veeco is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer in Somerset, NJ to help bring complex electromechanical systems from design to reality. You will work with technicians, engineers, and operations to solve manufacturing challenges and improve product quality.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing of electromechanical products, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Relocation assistance is available for Somerset, NJ.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, assembly, integration, or testing of complex electromechanical products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support during assembly, integration, and testing of advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot build and manufacturing issues with production teams.
• Support daily production activities to meet quality, schedule, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Service, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.
