Job summary

Maverick Power in North Texas and Phoenix is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive production performance, improve workflows on the shop floor, and implement standardized processes across multiple facilities including Garland, Plano, McKinney and Phoenix.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity gains, and hands-on leadership, mentoring operations personnel, developing documentation, and ensuring adherence to QMS while supporting high-growth expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience in manual production operations.
Proven record of delivering measurable productivity improvements.
Experience implementing standardized systems and developing documentation.
Ability to mentor and provide training, on the production floor.

Responsibilities

Production Improvement: identify bottlenecks, improve workstation design, increase output while maintaining quality and safety.
Operational Standardization: develop standardized work instructions and tracking systems.
Safety: identify risks and standardize safe practices across shifts.
Engineering Leadership: provide daily structure, translate ideas into projects, drive accountability.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
