Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience designing fixtures, tooling, or manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production fixtures, jigs, and tooling using SolidWorks.
• Evaluate and improve existing tooling and fixtures.
• Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transition to production.
